At Matcha Vibes, we are passionate about the quality of our products and want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. RETURN TIMEFRAMES
Matcha Products:
We offer a 3-day return window for all matcha products, starting from the date you receive your order.
Other Products:
We offer a 14-day return window for all other products (accessories, merchandise, etc.), starting from the date you receive your order.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & QUALITY CHECK
All returns are subject to a mandatory quality check by our team. The product must be returned to us for inspection before any refund is processed.

3. REFUND SCENARIOS
A. Defective or Damaged Products
If our quality check confirms that the product was damaged or defective upon arrival, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement, at your preference. We will cover any associated return shipping costs.
B. Change of Mind or "Didn't Like the Taste" (Matcha Only)
Matcha preparation is an art, and the brewing method significantly impacts the flavor. If you feel the taste did not meet your expectations:
First Step: Our team will gladly share our exclusive video guide on how to prepare the perfect cup of matcha.
Second Step: If you have tried the guide and still wish to return the product, we will accept the return subject to our quality check.
Refund Amount: Upon successful inspection, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact Us: Reach out within the return window (3 days for matcha, 14 days for other products) at info@matcha-vibes.com or via WhatsApp.
Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
Quality Check: Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.
Inspection & Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. REFUND PROCESSING
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
